Create a riding event
Built for clubs, bike shops, community rides, and groups of friends.
We're not just making it easy to find rides, but to organize them too! Organizing your riding events should be easy and fun. Provide bicycling-specific information easily, like distance, elevation gain, pacing, meet and roll times, route links, leader contact, gear requirements, terrain, and more. Build event pages in seconds and add information as you finalize ride details or even fetch all information from an event description:
Events are created as a draft so you can work on it over time. Draft events are private to you (or your organization's event coordinator) until published. Easily publish your event when it's ready to make it publicly viewable, discoverable by search, and share links to it:
Optionally accept registrations to see rider counts and contact information.
View the list of registered riders and their contact information. And though we hope you will never need to use it, event organizers and ride leaders can easily access rider-provided emergency contact information.
We ride too. And sometimes we forget a critical piece of ride information while already on the bike. As a result, we made Ridelist with a responsive design to beautifully show the information you need across a range of screen sizes, from your desktop at home to your mobile phone.

Advanced event management
Support for recurring, multi-day, or sub-events.
Ridelist easily creates single one-off events. But the rides you want to organize may need more advanced scheduling options.
Events that recur, like regularly scheduled weekly rides that occur on the same day throughout the season with only some variations like occasional ride leader changes or route variations due to changing road conditions. Or multi-day events where every day of a tour might be a distinct ride but all considered part of the same event. Or, perhaps, you want to schedule umbrella events that contain multiple sub-events, like different pace groups or distances. Or any combination of these.
Let us know which of these you would like to see first. Send an email to support@supportridelist.co to provide feedback on what is most important for you.

Organization support
Let Ridelist maintain your club members for you and offer club-only rides.
Allow Ridelist to manage your club's membership for you. Collect dues before accepting riders into your organization. Control the permissions of each member: a new member can register for your club rides. Optionally, you can have additional requirements on your members in order for them to be qualified as ride leaders. Designate event coordinators to those members who can publish club rides. Assign administrative privileges to key club members to have control over membership and each member's permissions.
Support club-only rides. Choose which of your club's rides should be published publicly and which should be visible only to club members.
Ridelist can centralize management of your club's rides in one place. Get in touch with us and let us know your needs. Send an email to support@supportridelist.co with your requirements and what you need to replace your custom solution with Ridelist.
